By using our website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

  1. Products & Handmade Nature

Each Ankahi creation is crafted with love and individuality.
Please note:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur due to handcrafted techniques and natural fabrics.
  • These minor differences celebrate the uniqueness of handmade art and do not qualify as defects.
  • Product images on the website are for representation. Actual colours may vary slightly based on your screen settings or lighting conditions.
  1. Orders & Payments
  • All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (via Razor pay or other secure gateways).
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
  • In case of any pricing or inventory error, Ankahi by Aanchal reserves the right to cancel or revise an order after communicating with the client.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@ankahibyaanchal.com.
  • Once processed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancellation is approved, a refund (after deducting payment gateway fees, if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We pour our heart into each piece we create. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies.

Key points:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale, custom, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect products after verification.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently ship across India.
  • Orders are processed within 2–7 working days and delivered within 7–15 working days, depending on your location.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer depending on the design.
  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹3000, otherwise a ₹150 fee applies.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered or damaged.

  1. Discounts, Offers & Gift Cards
  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Any coupon or promotional offer is valid only within its stated duration.
  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for the duration mentioned at the time of issuance.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content — including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — displayed on Ankahi by Aanchal is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • The brand name “Ankahi by Aanchal”, logo, and product designs are intellectual property of Aanchal Tapdiya.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure accuracy in product descriptions and services, Ankahi by Aanchal shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Minor variations in product colour, fit, or finish.
  • Any loss or damage caused due to misuse or negligence by the customer.

In no case shall our liability exceed the value of the product purchased.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control — including natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
