How can I place an order and where can I check my order details?


You can shop directly through our website. Browse your favourite pieces, select your size, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
 To check your order details, you can log into your account on our website and go to “My Orders” to view all order details. You’ll also receive a confirmation on your registered email and WhatsApp as soon as you place an order. 

How long will it take to receive my order?


All our garments are crafted in-house with care. Once your order is placed, it usually takes 2–4 working days to process. Delivery times depend on your location — typically 7-15 working days across India.

The piece I received has slight irregularities. Is that normal?

Yes — and it’s something we’re proud of! Each Ankahi piece is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in print, texture, or drape are signs of human craftsmanship, no two pieces are ever exactly the same

The colour looks a bit different from the photos. Why?


We try to photograph each garment in natural light, but lighting and screen differences can cause slight shade variations. In addition, because we produce in small artisan batches, minor tone differences can occur — each piece carrying its own subtle character and part of what makes it unique.

What is your return or exchange policy?


We currently do not accept returns. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments with original tags and packaging. For more details (Return/Refund Policy)

Where can I track my order?


As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp. Please check spam or junk folders in case the mail lands there.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within India. We’re working towards making Ankahi available globally soon — stay tuned through our Instagram for updates.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Once it leaves our studio, we won’t be able to modify the address. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?


Yes, COD is available in India for a small additional charge.

Are there any discounts or offers?


We occasionally run special campaigns and launch offers. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

How do I know which size to order?

Do you offer custom sizing or personalization?


Yes! Crafting your story is at the heart of Ankahi. If you’d like a piece customized — be it size, drape, or a personal touch — simply email or DM us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
