Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery in 2–7 working days across India.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹3000.

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/Email once dispatched.

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India. Global shipping coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery (only for non-sale, unused products).

• Free reverse pickup available for serviceable pin codes.

• Sale, discounted, or custom-made items are not eligible for return/exchange.

• International orders (when available) will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds are issued as store credit (valid 12 months).

• Money refund only in case of wrong/defective delivery, with a ₹200 deduction (except for damaged items).

• Store credit excludes shipping/COD fees.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• After dispatch, a ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted.
